Welcome to Measured Crop, a Canva app developed by Pioneiro Digital ("we", "us", or "our"). Measured Crop provides precise image cropping tools, allowing users to input exact measurements and perform batch cropping directly within the Canva platform. By accessing and using Measured Crop, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Use of Our Service
Service Description:
Measured Crop is a tool designed for precise image cropping. Users can crop images by specifying measurements or apply batch cropping. All changes are made in real-time and saved directly within your Canva design project. All successfully cropped images are saved only within the user's Canva assets.
Permitted Uses:
You may use Measured Crop for personal or commercial purposes to edit images that you are legally entitled to modify.
Prohibited Uses:
You are prohibited from using Measured Crop in a manner that:
- Infringes upon or violates the intellectual property rights or any other rights of third parties, including Pioneiro Digital.

2. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to Measured Crop, including any associated software, images, text, graphics, logos, and service marks, are owned by Pioneiro Digital or its licensors.
License to Use:
We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use Measured Crop as part of the Canva platform in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
